Art of Meditation - Mind Management (4 hours)

Since ancient times, sages and yogis have developed different types of meditation to benefit mankind. Although they had a different pace of life, the stress to the mind is the same. In modern worklife stress and anxiety often leads to  fatigue which is the primary cause of burnout. 

In this course you will be introduced to the different types of yogic meditation and how it relates to mind management. A Yoga Psychology teacher and Masters in Humanistic Psychology, Camden Vancil will share his unique methods of shaping the mind to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 

It is open to anyone who wishes to overcome stress and to deepen their meditation practice.

  • Camden Vancil is a Yoga Psychology Master and he is also trained in Humanistic Psychology who offers you insights linked to Mind Management which is a compilation of eastern and western practices.
