HELPING YOUNG CHILDREN CONNECT
Children at this stage develop more cognitive skills such as reading, writing, problem solving and recognising symbolic representation, as the size of their brain is at 100%.
Scientific research shows that children who practice yoga benefit from increase self confidence, self discipline, concentration and ability to deal with emotions and stress.
This course focuses on specific themes that support children to grow holistically. Each theme consists of 4 sessions on every Saturday, commencing from the 6th July 2019.
