Yin Yang yoga is a fusion between New Yin Yoga and Old Traditional Yoga. It is a balance between energetic Yang energy and relaxed Yin energy. Regular practice helps in the proper functioning of the body/mind, stimulating the pranic channels and internal organs.  We conduct regularly Yin Yang Yoga class and apply it to personal Yoga Wellness Session.  

This course is a continuation of the Yoga Trigger Point Course which is a prerequisite before taking up this course. Yin Yang touches on all the different yoga poses affecting the organs including the Sun Salutation of the 12 meridians. We also cover lesson plan and sequencing.

This course is for those who have completed Yoga Trigger Point course or Yoga Wellness Course.

  • Yin Yang Poses and the differences.
  • Lungs and large intestines pose.
  • Stomach and spleen pose.
  • Heart and small intestine pose.
  • Urinary bladder and kidney pose.
  • Pericardium and triple burner pose.
  • Gallbladder and Liver pose.
  • Breathing – Pranayama.
  • Use of balls on trigger points. 
  • Yin Yang class planning and sequencing.
  • Guidelines for teaching Yin Yang.
  • Teach Yin Yang Yoga to others.
  • Understanding how body movements and poses can help to enhance health and wellness.
  • Apply the knowledge to help others improve their body condition.
  • Incorporate the understanding into your own style of practice.
  • Balance the Yin and Yang energy within the Energy body – Pranamaya kosha.
  • Increase strength and flexibility within the Physical body – Annamaya kosha.
  • Self-healing with the help of different types of balls.

  • Time: 10 hrs.
  • $300 - regular Yin Yang Yoga course.
  • $250 - early bird 1 month before.
  • $550 - regular Yin Yang Yoga course + Trigger Point Part 1 course  
  • $450 - regular Yin Yang Yoga course + Trigger Point Part 1 course  for early bird month before.
  • Credits can be used to offset the course fee for Yoga Wellness Course.
