Ayurveda is an ancient Indian science. It is the ‘Science of Life’ and prescribes a whole way of life, based on knowledge and awareness that man is interdependent with all other forms of life. Yoga is often referred to the practice of this science. Ayurveda offers a comprehensive understanding of of body mind and soul and teaches one to live in harmony with ourselves, our environment and with each other.
The aim of this course is to provide an appreciation to Ayurveda on healthy living with ourselves and with others. It suggest a lifestyle change that will improve physical and mental health. It also recommends diets suitable for different body types and how to relieve pain from an imbalance of energy.
The course is conducted by Dr Mukund Sabnis, is the Founder President of Jeevanrekha Ayurved Chitkitsalaya & Research Center. Their mission is to ‘Explore Ayurved, the ancient Indian medical science, scientifcally for the health and well being of humanity globally’ They are pioneers in weight management for the past decades and are well versed in metabolic disorders.
