Yoga Trigger Point is a revival of an ancient technique where the Indian, Chinese, Thai and Japanese have been practicing to relieve pain and to improve overall health of the body. We conduct regular practice classes like Yoga & Neck/Back Pain with Trigger pointand also Yoga Wellness Session for members.
This Yoga Trigger Point series cover the neck, back and knee pain which are a common occurrence in modern days. The concept of trigger points running along channels of energy from the different regions are consolidated in this course to bring about greater awareness and understanding on how to apply it. We conduct regular practice classes like Yoga & Neck/Back Pain with Trigger pointand also Yoga Wellness Session for members.
This course is suitable for everyone keen to heal themselves and to help others to relieve pain in the body. Those who are completely new to Yoga can choose to take up a short foundation course – Yoga Pravesh.
This course also appeal to Yoga teachers in the understanding on how movements/postures/stretches relate to the organs in the body. The credits can be used to offset Yoga Wellness Course. This course is a prerequisite for Yin Yang Yoga course.
