[From 13 Mar 2022] Class size is limited to 14 students (1m apart). Due to the limited number of studio bookings allowed, we encourage you to book your class early to avoid disappointment. Don't worry if you can't get a mat in class, our Online Zoom classes and Online Courses will be unaffected. We encourage you to keep up the practice to increase your immunity, especially during this period. Please note that we need a minimum number of students to make the class viable.
Can't make it for a class? No worries! Members may request for a class to be recorded for you to watch in your own time.
