  • Class Description
    1. Yoga & Stronger Spine & Muscle (all level/intermediate) – is an all-around series of asanas/advanced asanas (posture) that strengthen the muscular/skeletal system. It acts on the kidney/liver/spleen meridians. It results in better posture, strong bones and tone muscles.


    2. Yoga & Energy  (all level/intermediate) -  helps to improve the vital energy (prana or chi) that flows to the 7 energy centers (chakras). It develops the physical, emotional and mental balance in the body by working on the 12 meridians related to the organs.

    3. Restorative Yoga (entry/all level/intermediate) - induces relaxation for the whole body. It calms the mind and provides emotional balance. Uses props and long hold times helps the entire body to relax acting on the autonomous nervous system.  It results in balanced thoughts and makes you feel new again.
    4. Yoga & Breath  (entry/all level) - is an all-around asana (posture) series with Pranayama (Yoga Breathing) to restore the lungs and to stimulate the prana (chi or life force or vital energy) thoughout the body. It relates to the lung meridian. It results in better focus, less stress and better lung efficiency.  
    5. Yoga & Digestion (entry/all level) - is an all-rounder asana (posture) series to improve the digestive system. It relates to the stomach, spleen, small intestine, large intestine and gallbladder meridians. It results in a balanced state of mind and efficient digestive system.
    6. Yoga & Blood Circulation (entry/all level) - helps to improve the function of the heart and blood circulation of the body. Related to this are the spleen, heart and small intestine meridians. It results in better control of blood pressure and promotes a healthy heart.
    7. Hatha Yoga  (entry/all levels/intermediate) - is the physical form of the whole Yoga practice which is focussing on the asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath control). The movement of the postures are often at a moderate pace and affects all the meridians in the body. Regular practice helps to increase flexibility and calms the mind
    8. Hatha Vinyasa (entry/intermediate)- is a consecutive flow of asanas (postures) that links the breath with movement. The postures move at a faster pace affecting all the meridians especially the feet. It results in greater strength and improves cardiovascular fitness. 
    9. Yoga & Weight Loss (entry/all level) - is an all-around series of asanas is to tone up the lower extremities. The movements which are fast is to increase body's metabolism while the movements which are slow stimulates direct access to the fats when energy is required. Regular practice relieves stress related symptoms and bring about greater awareness of the body and diet. 
    10. Yoga & Neck/Back Pain with Trigger Point (all level)- is an all-round movement for the proper functioning of the spine including the neck. It is both a physical and an assisted workout, working with the person next to you. You will be guided on how you can release the tension in your body quickly.
    11. Yoga & Shoulder Pain with Trigger Point (entry/all level/intermediate)- is both a physical workout and assisted workout, working with the person next to you.  The physical workout increases the flow of energy through the body while assisted workout helps to stimulate the trigger points to further enhance energy flow.  It results as a quick relieve from shoulder pain.
    12. Yoga & Backache (entry/all level/intermediate)- is a series of Yoga Sopan asanas for the proper functioning of the spine. The movements are simple, slow and steady.  Regular practice releases tension in the spine and promotes self-healing.
    13. Yoga & Backache with Trigger Point (entry/all level/intermediate) - is both a physical workout and assisted workout with the aim of releasing the tension in the body by stretching and activating the acupressure points.
    14. Yoga & Mobility of Joints (entry/all level)- is an all-round movements to provide mobility to all joints, tendons and ligaments. The movements are slow and explore the full range of motion.  It results in greater awareness of the body and increases flexibility. 
    15. Yin & Yang Yoga (entry/all level/intermediate) - is to bring balance between energetic Yang energy and relaxed Yin energy. The asanas are held for either long duration or short duration. Regular practice helps in the proper functioning of the body/mind with increased flexibility and strength.   
    16. Yin Yoga (entry/all level/intermediate) - is to balance the excessive energetic Yang energy at the back of the body. The asanas are held for a long period of time to slow down the body and mind. Regular practice helps to increase the flexibility of joints, fascia, calms the mind. 
    17. Aroma Yoga & Meditation (entry/all level/intermediate) - is a meditative session combining yoga and essential oils that helps to improve physical and emotional balance incorporating asanas, meditation, affirmation and manifestation to live a balanced, peaceful and exceptional life
    18. Yoga Stretch (entry/all level)- is a relaxing session for the benefits of those who are tired from excessive workout to clear their lactic acid and for those who needs the flexibility besides a strong body
    19. Hatha Yoga Foundation - is a therapeutic session to maintain general health and wellness. The movements are slow and gentle to benefit the joints and allow good blood circulation. It is never too late to pick up a good lifestyle routine.
    20.  Prenatal Yoga Preparation (JPY/ENG) - is a special appreciation of an age old practice and is specific for different stages of pregnancy. Simple and holistic in approach. Available in English or/and Japanese language.
    21. Traditional Yoga Practice - is traditional form of yoga that helps to develop strength, endurance, stamina for the body. The mind is kept patient, peaceful and focused.
    22. Yoga Nidra and Relaxation - is a relaxed way to reduce stress as it promotes deep relaxation. It calms the nervous system leading to less stress and better health.
    23. Gentle Yoga - is a slow and gentle to tone the muscles and joints.  It helps to destress the mind making it balanced, peaceful and focused. 
    24. Yoga Core Stretch - is a gradual workout on the abdominal muscle using Yoga poses. It is a fun way to increase core strength, vitality and flexibility.
