Having physical fitness with no disease is insufficient according to World Health Organisation. This class focus on  relaxation and balance to being back the natural function of the body.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Basic

Learn the traditional Asthanga Yoga basic sequence in order to safely immerse into the practice. This class helps with alignment and is first step towards experiencing a traditional strong practice.

Yoga and Resistance Band

With the help of physio resistance band, we can explore the full range of motion of our joints. This class builds strength and agility around the joints of the body, releasing aches and tension in the body. (resistance band provided)

- Strengthen joints, tendons and ligaments -

Yoga Stretch 

Yoga is recognised for stretching muscles and  joints to maintain good physical health. This class can improve blood circulation and explore the range of motion in your joints with the help of the breath.

Hatha Yoga 

The physical form of the whole Yoga practice is focussing on the asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath control). 
The movement between postures is gentle and at a moderate pace.

Hatha Vinyasa Flow/Dynamic Flow Yoga

A series of yoga poses that synchronizes your breath with smooth and progressive movements to create a continuous flow.

[From 13 Mar 2022] Class size is limited to 14 students (1m apart). Due to the limited number of studio bookings allowed, we encourage you to book your class early to avoid disappointment. Don't worry if you can't get a mat in class, our Online Zoom classes and Online Courses will be unaffected. We encourage you to keep up the practice to increase your immunity, especially during this period. Please note that we need a minimum number of students to make the class viable.
