  • We practice because our body needs it, more so when we are inflexible, lethargic and stressed from everyday life. When you have practiced sufficiently we hope to see you teach others as well.
  • Class Description
    1. Yoga for Stronger Spine & Posture A (All Level) - is an all-round asana series to strengthen the muscular/skeletal system to bring about alignment to the posture. Stimulate the kidney/liver meridian for the bones and spleen meridian for the muscles. 
    2. Yoga for Stronger Spine & Posture I (Intermediate) - is an advanced asana series to further strengthen the muscular/skeletal system to bring about alignment to the posture. Simulate the kidney/liver meridians and spleen meridian for the muscles.
    3. Yoga for Prana & Chakras A (All Level) - is an all-round asana series to increase the prana (chi or life force) flowing through the chakras (energy centers) that relates to the endocrine system. Stimulate the flow of the governor/conception meridian.
    4. Yoga of Prana & Chakras I (Intermediate) - is an advanced asana series to increase the prana (chi or life force) flowing through selected chakras (energy centers) that relates to the endocrine system. Simulate the flow of selective meridians.
    5. Yoga to Restore the Body & Mind A (All Level) - is an all-around asana series to stimulate the organs in the body and relax the mind that relates to the hormones in the body.
    6. Yoga to Restore the Body & Mind I (Intermediate) - is a more energizing asana series to stimulate the organs in the body and relax the mind that relates to the endocrine system. 
    7. Yoga for Respiratory System A (All Level) - is an all-around asana series to restore the lungs and to stimulate the prana (chi or life force) to the lung meridian.
    8. Yoga for Digestive System (All Level) - is an all-rounder asana series to improve the digestive system of the stomach, spleen, small intestine, large intestine, gallbladder meridians.
    9. Yoga for Respiratory System I (Intermediate) - is a more in-depth asana series to improve the performance of the lungs for sports. 
    10. Yoga for Healthy Heart A (All Level) - is an all-round relaxed asana series to restore the heart and the mind that relates to the spleen, heart, small intestine meridian.
    11. Yoga for Healthy Heart B (Intermediate) - is a more intense asana series to improve the performance of the heart and mind that relates to the circulatory system.
    12. Hatha Yoga  - is a traditional style of yoga to link the physical body, mind and breath which has the element of Sun (Ha) and Moon (Tha)
    13. Hatha Flow (Vinyasa) - is a consecutive flow of asanas that links the breath with movement.
    14. Yoga for Weight Management - is to tone up the body with long-lasting effects on the body's metabolism.
    15. Yoga for Neck/Shoulder - is for the proper functioning of the upper body by releasing tension in the muscles, joints, fascia and helps in self-healing.
    16. Yoga for Backache - is for the proper functioning of the lower part of the body by releasing tension in the muscles, joints, fascia and helps in self-healing.
    17. Yoga for Mobility of Joints - is to correctly move the joints, bones and tendons through a range of motion.
    18. Yin & Yang Yoga - is to bring balance between energetic and passive energy for the proper functioning of the body.
    19. Yin Yoga - is a long deep passive stretch to soften and slow down the body and relax the mind, bringing flexibility to all the joints in the body.

  • New members will have to register before they can book class. And new members get the first session free.
  • All payment to be made at class. We accept cash and PayLah.
