  • We practice because our body needs it, more so when we become inflexible, lethargic and stressed from everyday life. When you have practiced sufficiently we hope to see you teach others as well.
  • Class Description
    1. Sun Salutation - is for warming up and to rejuvenate the whole body.
    2. Solar Flow - Sun salutation is to actively engage the whole body.
    3. Lunar Flow - Moon salutation is to soothe and cool the body for a good night sleep.
    4. Hatha Yoga - is the traditional style of yoga to link the physical body, mind and breath.
    5. Hatha Yoga & Pranayama - is the traditional style of yoga with emphasis on our respiratory system.
    6. Hatha Vinyasa Yoga - is a flowy style of yoga which links the breath and movement.
    7. Yoga Stretch - is to expand the range of motion and keep the body flexible.
    8. Yoga for Stress Relieve - is to bring about balance to the state of mind.
    9. Yoga for Weight Loss - is to tone up the body with long lasting effects.
    10. Yoga for Neck/Shoulder - is for the proper functioning of the upper body.
    11. Yoga for Backache - is for the proper functioning of the lower part of the body.
    12. Yoga for Mobility of Joints - is to correctly move the joints, bones and tendons through a range of motion.
    13. Yin & Yang Yoga - is to bring balance between active/passive workout for the proper functioning of the body.
    14. Yin Yoga - is a long deep passive stretch to slow down the body and mind.
    15. Yin Yoga & Myofascial release - is a slow workout to release tight fascia/muscle, thus freeing us from pain.
    16. Yin Yoga with Chinese meridian - is slow workout to improve the energy (chi) circulation in the body.
    17. Prenatal yoga - for mothers-to-be to connect the body-mind with the baby.
  • Unlimited 1 month $150/- 
  • Unlimited 5 months $750 (6th month is free)

  • After finding the class you like, click ‘Book now’ and you will be guided to a one time registration. You can enter the amount accordingly and pay to the teacher in class. Subsequent booking is the same after you have logged in. You may also choose to visit our center first and then book on the spot, subject to mat availability
  • In the event you cannot make it, please cancel your booking at least 1 hour before class commence

(infront of Kreta Ayer Community Center, directly behind bus stop) 5 mins walk from Outram MRT station (Exit H) or 6 mins walk from Chinatown MRT station (NE line).  Buses 80, 145 stops right in front of our studio.  Car park is available at Kreta Ayer Community Center.
