  • We practice because our body needs it, more so when we become inflexible, lethargic and stressed from everyday life. When you have practiced sufficiently we hope to see you teach others as well.
  • Class Description
    1. Sun Salutation - is for warming up and to rejuvenate the whole body.
    2. Solar Flow - Sun salutation is to actively engage the whole body.
    3. Lunar Flow - Moon salutation is to soothe and cool the body for a good night sleep.
    4. Hatha Yoga 1 - is the beginner traditional style of yoga to link the physical body, mind and breath.
    5. Hatha Yoga 2 - is the intermediate traditional style of yoga to strengthen the physical body, mind and breath.
    6. Hatha Yoga & Pranayama - is the traditional style of yoga with emphasis on our respiratory system.
    7. Hatha Vinyasa Yoga - is a flowy style of yoga which links the breath and movement.
    8. Yoga Stretch - is to expand the range of motion and keep the body flexible.
    9. Yoga for Stress Relieve - is to bring about balance to the state of mind.
    10. Yoga for Weight Management - is to tone up the body with long lasting effects on the body metalbolism.
    11. Yoga for Neck/Shoulder - is for the proper functioning of the upper body by releasing tension on the muscles, joints, fascia and helps in self-healing.
    12. Yoga for Backache - is for the proper functioning of the lower part of the body by releasing tension on the muscles, joints, fascia and helps in self-healing.
    13. Yoga for Mobility of Joints - is to correctly move the joints, bones and tendons through a range of motion.
    14. Yin & Yang Yoga - is to bring balance between energetic and passive energy for the proper functioning of the body.
    15. Yin Yoga - is a long deep passive stretch to soften and slow down the body and relaxed the mind bringing flexibility to all the joints in the body.
    16. Yin Yoga & Myofascial release - is a slow workout to release tight fascia/muscle, thus freeing us from pain.
    17. Yin Yoga with Chinese meridian - is slow workout to improve the energy (chi) circulation in the body.
    18. Prenatal yoga - for mothers-to-be to connect the body-mind with the baby.

  • For new members, after finding the class you like, click ‘Book now’ and you will be guided to a one time registration. New members get the first session free
  • Subsequent booking is the same after you have logged in and you can pay at class
  • Please book 2 hours ahead
