Hatha Yoga is the most common form of practising yoga posture. A yoga prop is an object that is used to aid the practice of yoga posture.

For many, going into a pose can be challenging however with the help of a yoga prop the pose can be obtained in a safer way at the same time gain the same health benefit. The props allow you to do postures demanding flexibility and strength. It helps to personalize the practice to get more out of it. In five lessons you can chart your progress each week to see the difference. 

This course is suitable for everyone keen to overcome body limitation to gain greater flexibility and strength. The pace of the practice will help to breathe deeper and quieten the mind. This is an opportunity to spend time to experiment and bring awareness to the body.
