Pranayama is a ancient breathing process or the control of the motion of inhalation, exhalation, and the retention of vital energy. Yoga practice is often incomplete without the inclusion of pranayama. 

Discover the true power of Yoga with a conscious breathing technique which is a highly effective means of strengthening, stimulating, and balancing all body systems.  Understand the importance of breath, especially during this period, on how to reduce stress, lightness of body, and boost immunity. Learn to increase/decrease heat in the body, balance blood pressure and increase oxygen intake.

Guided in person at the studio, it is important you learn the breathing techniques correctly and take home what is applicable for your condition.
