With the start of the year, fulfill your dream of a better outlook and health. One way is to change our lifestyle and a consistent holistic exercise program to support you even after it ends

Yoga is a good way to reduce weight due to its effects on the body and mind. As it is practiced as a form of exercise to tone the body, targeting the digestive system, and balancing the endocrine glands and hormones. Consistent yoga practice helps to destress the body and reduce cortisol (stress hormone) that caused unwanted changes in our lifestyle. This includes seeking comfort food like snacks, sweet drinks, chips, chocolates, drinking, smoking, etc. which leads to weight gain.

This is a one-month holistic program to exercise the body every alternate day, coupled with recommended diet, intermittent fasting for weight loss, and detox to bring about physical and mental wellness. The learnings will sustain you even after the program ends.
