A delightful therapeutic combination of Yin Yoga and Traditional (Hatha) Yoga
We offer Yin Yang Yoga - a delightful combination of Yin Yoga and Traditional (Hatha) Yoga as a form of therapy. Deriving its roots from the concept of Chinese meridians, the main focus is on achieving a balance between our energetic active Yang energy and our relaxed passive Yin energy.
In this course, we introduce the meridian related to the organs and the benefits related to the body and mind. All the poses are categorised based on the maridians to deepen your knowledge and further your understanding on self healing. Regular practice can help to rectify imbalances and past injury contributing to improved functioning of the body + mind, stimulation of pranic flow + energy channels, and mobility of internal organs.
This course is ideal for those who wish to apply what is learned for therapeutic purpose. This course is part of the self healing modules and can be used by itself or in combination with other techniques such as Trigger Point 1, Trigger Point 2 and Assisted Yoga Stretch.
We also conduct regular Yin Yang Yoga classes, and one-to-one yoga wellness sessions (a myriad of techniques and concepts are used; Yin Yang included) at our studio should you be interested in trying them out prior to taking our course.
