THE SOFT AND HARD STYLES OF YOGA
Yin Yang yoga is a fusion between 'New' Yin Yoga and 'Old' Traditional Yoga. It is a balance between energetic Yang energy and relaxed Yin energy. Regular practice helps in the proper functioning of the body/mind, stimulating the pranic channels and internal organs. We conduct regularly Yin Yang Yoga class and apply it for personal yoga wellness session.
This course is a continuation of the Yoga Trigger Point Course which is a prerequisite before taking up this course. Yin Yang touches on all the different yoga poses affecting the organs including the Sun Salutation of the 12 meridians. It also covers lesson plans and sequencing.
This course is for those who have completed Yoga Trigger Point course and/or Yoga Wellness Course and is suitable for teachers/inspiring teachers.
