Yoga assisted stretch is applied by the giver to reduce pain, improve movement and provide a better quality of life. The assisted stretch is a gentle yet quick and effective way to release tension in the body.
This is ideal for anyone wanting to help others and learn various ways to loosen up the body. This course complements Yoga Therapeutics for neck, shoulder, back and knees where the knowledge is used together with other modalities.
