Series part 2 covers working on the head, body, hands and feet associated with neck, back, shoulder and knee pain. The concept of trigger points running along channels of energy brings about greater awareness and understanding of the application. Yogapoint conducts regular trigger point class for neck shoulder and back pain as well as personal therapy session.
This course is suitable for anyone wanting to heal themselves and to help others. Credits gained can be used to offset Yoga Health and Wellness Course.
