An alternative self-healing modality brought to focus by a combination of traditional Indian, Chinese, Thai, and Japanese practices, you will learn to apply pressure to specific points in your body with the objective of releasing tension (blockages) and promoting energy flow throughout the body.
Trigger Point Course has two parts.
In Part 2 of Trigger Point Course, the focus goes beyond the neck, shoulder, back, and knee - we will cover pain from the source (eg. head, stomach) to the endpoints of the tension (e.g. feet, shoulder) allowing for increased awareness and understanding of the body. This can help to offer a more targeted approach and application of the technique.
This course is suitable for those who have completed Trigger Point 1 course.
