Yoga trigger point is a combination of indian, chinese, thai and japanese practices to relieve pain and to improve overall health.
Series part 1 covers neck, back and knee pain which are common occurrences. The concept is of trigger points running along channels of energy, bringing about greater awareness and understanding of the application. Yogapoint conducts regular practice classes in yoga and neck/back pain/head/body therapy with trigger point.
This course is suitable for anyone wanting to heal themselves and to help others. The credits gained can be used to offset Yoga Wellness Course and is a prerequisite for Yin Yang Yoga course and Trigger Point Part 2.
