Don't worry if you can't get a mat in class, our Online Zoom classes and Online Courses will be unaffected. Ashtanga Introduction Series (12 Hours)

"Yoga is 99% practice and 1% knowledge" - K. Pattabhi Jois

Ashtanga Yoga is a form of hatha yoga that focuses on asana (posture) and pranayama (breath control) in a safe manner.  This style of yoga improves physical health, concentration, and energy level. You will gain a deeper understanding before embarking on the primary series. 

This 12-hour Ashtanga Introduction Series is conducted by Justin, who is an avid practitioner of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation

During this course, we will explore insight meditation as a skillful method to create internal and external well-being, and discuss the whole dimension of science and technology to create inner well-being.

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction

The 8-week MBSR program includes guided mindfulness meditation practices, gentle stretching, mindful yoga, learning how to work with stress reactivity patterns, mindful communication, and (highly participatory) group sharing of experience with the mindfulness practices.

250-Hour Yoga Teacher Training [Ongoing]


A foundational yoga teacher training is a great opportunity for you to deepen your yoga practice, and undergoing a 250 hour TTC in a mind-body discipline will be extraordinary and life-changing.
