The difference between Livestreaming and Online class is that live streaming is INTERACTIVE. Almost like in a class, the teacher can observe and correct your posture verbally and help to deepen your practice. An Online class in ONE WAY without assistance.

We practice because the body needs it, more so when it is inflexible, lethargic and stressed from everyday life. With practice, the body can be normalised and transformed both in body and mind.
