The difference between Livestreaming and Online class is that livestreaming is INTERACTIVE. Almost like in a class, the teacher can observe and correct your posture verbally and help to deepen your practice. An Online class in ONE WAY without assistance.     

We practice because the body needs it, more so when it is inflexible, lethargic and stressed from everyday life. With practice the body can be normalised and transformed both in body and mind. 

  • Class Description:
    1. Hatha Yoga - is the physical form of the whole Yoga practice which is focussing on the asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath control). The movement of the postures are often at a moderate pace and affects all the meridians in the body. Regular practice helps to increase flexibility and calms the mind
    2. Hatha Vinyasa - is a consecutive flow of asanas (postures) that links the breath with movement. The postures move at a faster pace affecting all the meridians especially the feet. It results in greater strength and improves cardiovascular fitness. 
    3. Yoga & Weight Loss - is an all-around series of asanas is to tone up the lower extremities. The movements which are fast is to increase body's metabolism while the movements which are slow stimulates direct access to the fats when energy is required. Regular practice relieves stress related symptoms and bring about greater awareness of the body and diet. 
    4. Yoga for Neck and Shoulder - is suitable for anyone with neck and shoulder issues whether chronic cases or pain once a while. 
    5. Yoga & Neck/Back Pain with Trigger Point - is an all-round movement for the proper functioning of the spine including the neck. It is both a physical and an assisted workout, working with the person next to you. You will be guided on how you can release the tension in your body quickly.
    6. Yin Yang Yoga - is to bring balance between energetic Yang energy and relaxed Yin energy. The asanas are held for either long duration or short duration. Regular practice helps in the proper functioning of the body/mind with increased flexibility and strength.   
    7. Yin Yoga - is to balance the excessive energetic Yang energy at the back of the body. The asanas are held for a long period of time to slow down the body and mind. Regular practice helps to increase the flexibility of joints, fascia, calms the mind. 
    8. Yoga Stretch - is a relaxing session for the benefits of those who are tired from excessive workout to clear their lactic acid and for those who needs the flexibility besides a strong body
    9. Hatha Yoga Foundation - is a therapeutic session to maintain general health and wellness. The movements are slow and gentle to benefit the joints and allow good blood circulation. It is never too late to pick up a good lifestyle routine.
    10. Traditional Yoga Practice - is traditional form of yoga with chants that helps with breathing, relaxation and feeling of wellness.  
    11. Gentle Yoga - is a slow and gentle to tone the muscles and joints.  It helps to destress the mind making it balanced, peaceful and focused. 
    12. Meditation -Discover the different Yogic like  Osho Meditation Techniques that brings you relaxed, inner and allow you to be grateful in that space and moment. 
    13. Yoga & Meditation - A blend of yoga and meditation good for the heart and soul and experience the enriching calmness with steady mind. 
    14. Koshi Wind Chime Meditation - A unique form of lying down meditation with random cound that soothe the mind and balance the elements of earth, fire, wind and water in the body. 
  • Online Unlimited Lessons  - $60 valid/month.

  • Online Ad Hoc drop-in members -  $10/lesson, ad hoc drop in.

  • Online 10 times Trial Lessons for those new to Yogapoint - $30 valid for 10 days.

  • Ex Yogapoint Teachers/Volunteers can pay as you wish.

  • Volunteers/current TTC teachers/Senior online class - complimentary. 

Conditions during Stay Home period.

  1. Once payment is made, preferably before the class, please send a picture shot or details via WhatsApp to 97844058 John.
  2. Those who have previously signed up 1 or 2 months can continue with their online membership without addition charge.
  3. Those who have previously signed up 1 or 2 months and prefer NOT to go online will have their membership extended.
  4. Those who signed up for Online Unlimited can continue to join the classes in the studio after the Stay Home period is over and claim the Yoga Therapy within one month after Stay Home period. This applies to new sign up during this period.
  5. Those who have converted from external class to Online Unlimited Lessons can continue to enjoy the promotion of half hour diagnostic and wellness session - Yoga therapy worth $50 only during this period. 
  6. All online classes are valid during the Stay Home period until 4th May 2020 or extended period.

1. Install on your computer or mobile, if not already done.
2. Click/Copy the link provided and Join the Video.
3. Enter your name when prompted and wait to be accepted into the 'Room'.
To cancel a class, click orange button again.
