  • Participants are required to bring keep masks on at all times.
  • Participants are required to bring their own yoga mats/mat covers/towels.
  • Class size is limited to 8 student.  Due to the limited number of studio bookings allowed, we encourage you to book your class early to avoid disappointment!
  • Don't worry if you can't get a mat in class, our Online Zoom classes and Online Courses will be unaffected.
